  3. Now fold the roti alternatively (top & bottom) and then once a pipe like design is done further roll it inside like a round ball.
  4. Now make a medium sized paratha and roast it slowly on a medium flame. Do not press the paratha. Once it is roasted nicely and a bit cold. With the help of fork try to separate its layers and serve it with butter on top.
